18 Hole Golf Course
Mar Menor was originally designed as a 9-hole
golf course by Dave Thomas. However, the latest news
is that Polaris World has acquired more land and is
now extending the golf course to 18 holes with the help
of Jack Nicklaus' own design company Nicklaus Design.

A luxurious 5 star hotel complex (which will be run
by InterContinental Group), a business centre, a swimming
pool complex, restaurants, supermarket and a gym.
