Viewing Trips
We prefer not to use the term viewing trip. For some this means an impersonal service being herded around in a minibus (known as cattle wagons in Spain) with lots of other potential buyers.

Viewing your potential home or property investment in Spain with Feria is unique, informative and a highly pleasurable and memorable experience. We know this is true because our clients have told us so.

Our aim is to put your mind at ease and allow you to think about the options that suit you for buying a property in Spain. You will be looked after on a one-to-one basis - not part of a crowd.

What do I need to do?
All we ask is that you book and pay for your own flights. Then, give us your flight details and that's it. We do the rest.

What about accommodation?
You will stay in a quality hotel in a location best suited to your viewing requirements. A hearty breakfast is included to give you the best start to the day.

Will I need to hire a car?
No. We will collect you from the airport and take you to your hotel. We will escort you on a guided tour of the properties and areas that you want to see and finally take you back to the airport in good time for your return flight.

Will there be any hard selling?
Absolutely not! What's the point? We believe that our properties sell themselves. Our job is to make sure that you only see the properties that interest you and that you acquire a better understanding of the area that you may wish to buy a property in. Hard selling is not only unnecessary it is unpleasant for clients as well as our staff. We enjoy our work, so why spoil it?

How long will the trip last?
Each trip is unique as it is designed individually for each client. The duration of your viewing trip will depend on the type of property that you are interested in and the location of the properties that you are viewing. Our staff will advise you before you travel. As a general rule most trips last from one to three days.

How do I qualify?
Buying a property is a very serious business and your viewing trip is an important part of the property buying process. It is important that you are financially in a position to buy a property in Spain before you travel.

By working closely with The Orchard Practice we can assist you raising the finance (subject to status) for your property purchase in Spain. Many clients choose to release equity from their existing UK property for a deposit and choose a low rate mortgage in Spain for the balance.
